Hello,
I purchased a domain and hosting services through namesilo.com
Wondering how I can edit this site with WordPress without needing a premium subscription it says to transfer the domain it needs to be 60 days after purchase. Is there a free way around it while still keeping. pacificparkinglot.com
in that way instead of having WordPress in it?

Do you wish to use the web hosting services ordered through “namesilo.com”? If yes, then you don’t actually need to purchase a plan or any subscriptions from WordPress.com. What you are rather looking for is WordPress.org (the free site engine software): https://wordpress.org/
In case you do wish to use WordPress.com as your web hosting provider, instead of namesilo.com, you can purchase any of the paid plan subscriptions and then connect your domain name while the 60 days domain lock period is still up (once it ends, you will be able to fully transfer the domain subscription over as well): wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/#step-1-add-the-domain -
