Help with domain mapping

  I bought the $99 premium upgrade a while ago, and want to map my site to my domain, which is with go daddy. When I try to do this, wordpress tells me I need to pay $13 for the domain mapping. I thought that this was included in the $99 premium upgrade? Please help me.

  What domain are you trying to map to it?

  I have set that up o our end. As long as the nameservers for rachelelizabethbrown.com are pointing to WordPress, you should be good to go.
