Help with domain name registration

  Hi,

  I am using this means to reach wp team because no contact form is available.

  I really need some help here. I have been using the free doamins with wordpress.com extensions.In doing that,i’ve noted that some features are absent.Example: XML-RPC and Plugins on the left panel.I was advised to use a paid domain.So i bought one this morning(internettrafficagent.org).Sadly, i’ve noted that it’s been tied to wordpress.com.And i can’t find the very features i need on it.

  I need the paid domain to be seperated from wordpress.com so i could have complete features.That’s why i paid for it.Can that be done for me please? If not, can i have a refund?

  Hi. You can certainly change the nameservers for your domain name so that they point to wherever you’ll be hosting your website. If you still want to get a refund for your domain name, you can contact staff again the normal way. Everything is explained in the following support article:

  Great stuff.Great guys.I’m happy now.

  Have managed ok and changed the NS to point to my webhost.I’m not expecting further problems.Should propagate to the new NS within 2-48 hours.If you don’t hear from me again on this topic,it means i’m cool.

  I requested to cancel my videopress I bought few days ago but you cancelled my domain with http://www.lavdc.net
  Can you re-establish it as soon as possible pleasde. It my radio online and my listerners as punished. They are calling without break. please cancel videopress upgrade not my domain http://www.lavdc.net

  Thank you for your reply. I got helped and all is okay at this point, but I am still asking when I will get my refund for the videopress I purtached and seems not to satisfy my need. I thought it will be giving me a main screen on my blog page and old ones will be shown on the same page in small screens giving people options to click on and watch any videos they would like to see.
