Help with Domain Renewal

Hi… I’ve received several notices that our domain will expire soon. I’ve contacted support and replied to emails but I cannot access the domains tab it says that my wife and I do not have the authorization needed although we’re the only two owners of the site and domains. I’ve called WP also and only received a voicemail that says to email support which we have but we still haven’t received replay from support. How can I contact support? There is no live chat option for me only this option to post on forums. Thank you for your help!

Can you confirm those emails are being sent to the address listed here?
https://wordpress.com/me/accountIf it’s a different address, are you able to log out and log in with that account?
