  Hi there,

  I see that you have not unlocked your domain for transfer yet. You can do this by going to Store > My Domains > Edit Domain > Transfer Domain in your Dashboard. Once you do that you can receive the EPP code to transfer the domain out. Here are written out instructions:

  To obtain your domain transfer authorization code, please follow these steps:

  1) Go to Store > My Domains in your dashboard

  2) Find the domain you want to transfer and click “Edit Domain”.

  3) Next, click “Transfer Domain”.

  4) Check the box that says, “Disable the Domain Lock to allow it to be transferred.”

  5) Click the “Email Transfer Code” button.
