Help with domain transfer

  I am trying to transfer a domain that I already own from wix to wordpress but keep getting a message that the domain is already mapped to the site. I did upgrade in the past but cancelled within 24 hours.

  Hi there,

  It is not possible to transfer a domain to WordPress.com. You can only map an existing domain here. Is that what you’re trying to do? Add the domain mapping upgrade?

  Can you please tell me what the domain is? Then I can take a look for you.
