Help with duplicate feature image – theme developers not helpful

    Hey guys,
    Recently paid & installed a theme (https://www.luzuk.com/themes/free-event-planner-wordpress-theme/) to spruce up my old website – everything is fine however my featured header is showing up twice on all pages.

    Developers have said the following “You are not setup homepage template that is why this problem is coming.” & “If possible then deactivate all your plugins and send us only installed theme in wordpress so that we can setup theme like as in our demo, then you can easily edit all your content.”.
    – also note i can’t install a homepage template as it doesn’t load in Elementor, the_content code, which is necessary to edit homepage, is missing from the theme coding

    Is there anyway I just edit the CSS or template as I see the duplicate image header in the source code.

    It’s been 1 week now that the issue hasn’t been resolved so ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @jaclyn1910, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service. Our service can be quite different from what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.
