Help with Dyad 2

  Hi, I have two little problems in customizing Dyad 2 theme.

  First, I’d like to see the site name bigger and the slogan smaller, like this:

  Instead I obtain exactly the opposite:

  Second, I’d like to obtain this kind of layout for posts:

  Say with smaller title, much text and a More button. Instead I obtain this:

  Provided you have purchased either a Business Plan or Premium plan you can edit the CSS. https://wordpress.com/pricing/ But do read Note 2 below.

  Note 1: If you have the required upgrade you can use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform so you can create a thread that will appear in the CSS Forum where you will get the help you need with CSS editing.

  Note 2: You can also post there prior to purchasing an upgrade to get an answer to whether or not what you want to do can be accomplished via CSS editing.

  Ok, I’ve not purchased any upgrade for CSS editing, but why,like you see on the page you linked me, show an image of something that you can’t get in the basic version? I was mistakenly led to think that It was possible to get that result…

  Hi @colorieculture!

  It’s definitely possible to replicate the look you see on the demo site without custom CSS. You’ll only need to upgrade if you want to make more specific customisations to your site.

  If you navigate to the Fonts panel of the WordPress.com Customizer, you’ll see that Headings on your site are currently set to Small. This is why your site’s title appears smaller than the title on the demo site. You can change this back to Normal to resolve that.

  As for the posts page: A more tag will only display alongside a post when it contains more text than can be viewed from the posts page. If you enter more text to your post, you’ll see that more tag appears.
