Help with editing content

I’m a registered admin for tabman.co.uk – I’m trying to change what I think is an embedded form on the bottom of every page. It’s not the footer, but feels like it’s embedded and I can’t for the life of me work out how to edit it. I did it once before, but that was probably two or three years.

We can only offer support for sites hosted here with us at WordPress.com.
