There are options within the editing of the widgets in elemntor that do not appear to me. Why???
I am not answered by Elementor’s support service. Please help me with your knowledge at WordPress and Elementor. PLEASE -

Hi, thank you so much for answering me. The hosting company of my site is Bluehost. My site has not been launched yet, so I will not be able to send you a link. I have a problem with Elementor – some widget settings do not appear to me.

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com. Support for your site is at https://wordpress.org/

At wordpress.org they told me the opposite. They told me that wordpress.com should help me

As your site is hosted by Bluehost, it means it uses the open source wordpress.org. As you are having problems with the elementor plugin, post your problem in their forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

Now I read a sticky post in that forum you sent me, and it says that elementor Pro users can’t ask in the forum and they need to contact with the developer. But elemntor support don’t answer me. What can I do? :((((

There isn’t much you can do, just wait and hope they answer. Or look for another suitable plugin.
