  help with email. The password i set up for my internal email is not working and the reset email is listed as the email itself?

  Hi there,

  If you change your account email here to be a different address (one you have access to instead) you should be able to then send yourself a reset for your professional email inbox: https://wordpress.com/me/account
  
  Once you update that you should see it updated in the form you fill out here to regain email access: https://wp.titan.email/forgot-password/
