Help with : Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

    Hi,

    My WordPress site takes a while to load. When I try and add a new title to a blog post I unable to write anything, the editor title never loads. In inspect the message appears as:

    VM2057:164 WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

    Hi phenomenalhuman! This is something a Staff member needs to help you with, so I added the modlook tag to the tag box to alert a member of staff to assist you.

    Hi there,

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Also reset your modem/router by unplugging it for a few seconds in case this is caused by a caching issue in your internet connection itself.
