Help with excessive spam newsletters

  I keep getting emails sent from WordPress.com linking FIREBALL TIM GARAGE. He does not have me on any newsletter mailing list but I get 2 a day from Automattic, Inc. and WordPress.com There is no Unsubscribe link active on the email, which is illegal!
