Help with featured image on front page

  Hello, I’m trying to set up a web page using the Delicious Magazine layout. I have inserted a logo as well as a featured image, but I can’t manage to make my page look like the example page when I purchased the theme. I have reset my featured image to 610 x 290, I’ve uploaded several different images and posted on other pages, but it is not aligning correctly and I can’t get it to look right. There is a big green gap between the logo and menu tabs and black space around the picture. Please help asap!

  Your theme is a premium theme and you paid for themes support form the theme’s designer in the Premium Themes Support forum. Read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme.

  If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

  If you are referring to a site that is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and are referring to WordPress.ORG software you are posting to the wrong support forum and ought to be posting to http://wordpress.org/support/forum/themes-and-templates

  I paid for the Delicious Magazine theme on WordPress.com, I’m not using WordPress.org. I thought I was in the delicious magazine forum. I simply need someone to help me with this problem. Frankly, I don’t know where to go if all I’m going to get in this forum is folks telling me I’m posting in the wrong place. Is there a phone number to call to actually get some help fixing my page?
