Help with features, costs, domains

1.Download selling (.pdf, epub, etc); are these all all ons to my WP site? is this extra cost?
2.eCommerce- add ons? and if so are customers sent to third party to process payments, i.e. not my or WP domain? is this extra cost?
3.1st time business plan coupon?any help for a brother and his mother?
4. cost .blog? I have my own domain .today (is this ok)?
5. is hosting an add on cost as well to busines plan?

no the blog isnt davidlleehunter.wordpress.com- I want to buy another one and need osts or is a new. blog included in any plan?
me mate says he set up on a plan but all the add ons cost more $ and he thinks he was better off with weebly – money wise, obviously not form a design or development place.
