help with finding plugin

  I just started my blog and I have some plugins I would like to install. I installed the wordpress application 3.2.1 on the website. But I can’t find the plugin tab, is this something new? Or is this something that has been changed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are posting to the wrong support forum for your software. You need to post here http://wordpress.ORG/support
  Our WordPress.COM software is different and we cannot help you here. We have no FTP access to free hosted WordPress..com blogs and cannot install individual plugins into them.

  Guess they don’t believe you – looks like they just just posted a duplicate question to the staff (still hidden from us as I write this)

  The magic words were:

  I installed the wordpress application 3.2.1 on the website.

  Which translates to “make friends over at WordPress.ORG”

  We can’t install ANYTHING here.
