Help with Fixing my site please!

  I was trying to configure google search console with my wordpress sitemap site and I ran into the problem with the robots.txt blocking URL’s on my sitemap. Very confusing long story short, I ruined the entire site. I can’t access my site to edit, it just ruined the entire thing. I can’t access plugins, settings, anything giving me the 404 error. Do I have to have someone reset the entire thing? I am okay with that if that has to happen, just please some one help me?
