help with form page

    My site for a fastpitch softball tournament. I am trying to get teams to pencil in that they plan on attending.

    I created a form where the team put in team name, coach name, email, and check what age group (age group is a check box)

    I am trying to create a page that will display the team names by age groups so other teams will see who has signed up.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    We can’t help as your site isn’t running on th wordpress.com platform nor can we help with third party plugins as Contactform7. You must take a look in the plugins repository at wordpress.org to find a plugin for your problem. But as far as I know, you can’t put the results of form submissions by Contactform7 on a page unless you use custom coding.
