Help with free hosting/wordpress

  I have free hosting on Dream Host and need to design a free site. I had this done for my by someone else but am now having problems migrating the blog to dreamhost and developing it without incurring a cost. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  Are you needing assistance with exporting a site hosted on WordPress.com to Dreamhost, or do you need help with your Dreamhost site? Please note that we can only assist you here with sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  You can export your posts, pages, comments, tags/categories, and attached media by using the Export function on your WordPress.com site:
