Help with galleries in the Reader

  I’ve noticed when I’m in the reader on my Mac that on some posts that contain more than one image, a gallery link appears. I’ve gone into the post to see if the pictures are set up in a gallery on the post, but they’re not. This gallery link does not happen with my posts with multiple photos. Is this theme specific? If not, is there something I can do to make this occur? (I don’t allow full posting of my posts on the reader – I don’t know if this impacts having a gallery link.)
