help with guided transfer!!!

  I’m really lost and confused. I purchased guided transfer and bought the package with bluehost but for some reason when I enter my bluehost info on wordpress to start the guided transfer it says its incorrect. What am I doing wrong? And why am I paying if no one if helping me?!
