Help with Harmonic Theme front page

I’m having trouble with the Harmonic front page. I’m trying to make it look the same as the Demo version. All I keep getting is a blog post for the front page. Does anyone know how to change it from a blog-like format to the look on the Demo?

Hi! Thank you so much. The guide was extremely helpful! I am having problems with the site title. I can get the title to show up on the front page like the demo. It shows up at the top of the page but not above the tagline. Also the project section is not working. I tried to add a gallery but when I published it, all that showed up in the projects section was a white bar.
If you have any advice, I’d be grateful! -
