Help with Hierarchical Menus, Please
-
I can’t seem to make hierarchical menus work in Blix. I’ve made two pages that are under a parent page. In the menu for the parent page, the menu does not drop down to reveal the sub-pages. I tried Appearance > Menus, but while that yields the drop-down menu, I lose my Home page and therefore my entire blog, though the static pages remain. Any advice? Many thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Preliminary advice: when you ask a question, we need a link to the blog you’re talking about (as mentioned in the Sticky 8 Things to Know Before Posting).

Sorry, I thought I had done that. http://closecrop.wordpress.com. The menu in question is “Portfolio.” I have two subpages underneath that do not show up in a pull-down menu.

Blix cannot display dropdowns unless you use the new custom menu feature. Just copy the blog URL, create a link to it in Appearance > Menus > Custom Links, and add that link to your custom menu along with the pages you’ll add.

I’m using Blix right now and did a custom menu thing and the subpages work, but It seems to be messed up. I tried with the CSS Classes (Appearance > Menus > Screen Options), and it is pretty confusing. Does anyone know how that works? Do you need to purchase a Custom CSS upgrade?
