Help with home page

  Hi,

  I’m almost done creating my webpage, but I’m concerned that I can’t get the stock picture of mountains that says welcome to your new webpage, off of my homepage. Will it still be there when the page is launched?? And at this point I don’t want to have a blog. I’ve taken it off the menu list, but examples of blog posts still appear at the bottom of the homepage. How do I ensure that won’t appear on my actual webpage?

  Of what site are you speaking?

  I see only one site in your account, and I don’t see any picture like what you describe on the front page.

  I do see that the page currently set as front page on that site, the one titled “Home”, is still a draft. Make sure you publish that page, as you won’t be able to see how your site will actually look for visitors until you do that. Your site is still private and no one else can see it, so there’s no reason to keep your home page unpublished.
