  Hi! We are very happy with WordPress, we are about to launch our site, http://www.Stay-Boutique.com
  I’m wondering how hosting works and back up for our content works?

  Hi Ariela,

  That domain redirects to a site using Squarespace, not WordPress, so it’s not clear what you’re asking.

  You’re posting in the forums for WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider for our own custom version of the WordPress software, and you don’t have any sites with us.

  For general information about WordPress hosting using the open source version of WordPress, I suggest you look at https://wordpress.org/hosting/

  You can find instructions on doing manual WordPress backups at https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/, but most people prefer to either buy a hosting plan that includes backups, or they use a backup plugin for this.
