Help with hosting the website on WordPress.com, currently hosted on AWS

  Good morning,

  We currently host our website on AWS but use WordPress as CMS. Now we are thinking of hosting the website with WordPress as well.

  I wanted to ask:
  What is the process of moving the hosting from AWS to WordPress?
  Will there be any migration involved?

  Hi there,

  As you’re already using the WordPress software the process is fairly simple.

  I assume you’ll want to keep using your current theme and plugins installed on your site, correct? In that case you’ll need our Business Plan, and once you install the Jetpack plugin on your current site and connect it to your WordPress.com account, you’ll then use that plugin to migrate everything over to a new site with us.

  If you want to move your domain over to us as well, that’s included for free for one domain on all of our annual plans. You’ll want to leave that as the last step in the migration process:
