  i am trying to input a Amazon Advertisement Banner but it doesnt work, it just puts it into a link not a banner.

  This support document https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ says:

  Flash and other types of embed that use; frame, iframe, form, input, object, textarea are not allowed in WordPress.com posts, pages, or text widgets.
