Help with html code/excel spreadsheets

  Hi, I’m trying to post excel spreadsheets into posts on my blog. I tried using skydrive but for some reason the spreadsheet won’t pop up. I’ve used GDocs in the past but wanted to try something new.

  We cannot use iframes on free hosted wordpress.com blogs for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  How come it worked on that blog though? It was a wordpress.com blog.
