Help with hyphens

  I have the twenty fourteen free theme and I’ve just edited a contact page (say hi). However, when I type in the ‘Paragraph’ text option I can’t seem to stop the text from hyphenating. I’ve tired justifying the text but that doesn’t work either. Only italics doesn’t seem to have this problem.

  Is there a way around this?
