Help with image SEO

  I’m currently working on SEO for my family’s website and am having troubles finding certain modules such as “image SEO” ownership is on another account so this may be the problem but I doubt it. The first image is what I see when looking at my modules and the second image is what seems to be an on and off switch for image SEO which is not available for me at all. What could the problem be? Would these problems be fixed with transferred ownership, or am i missing something else? Thank you!
