Help with images in ‘blog posts’ block

  I am trying to create a page showing one particular category of my blog posts, using the ‘blog posts’ block.

  When I do so by creating a link to the category, one of the images shows. However while trying to create page with ‘blog posts’ block, the images don’t show.

  (ps- I don’t want to create a featured image that spans the top of the blog post)

  Hi there!

  The category page (or archives of any sort) are coded differently than blocks like the Blog Posts block or Query Loop block. You can try out the Query Loop block, but I don’t suppose images will show up unless you set them as the featured images on the posts, which is the recommended way to get them to show up not just on Blog Posts blocks but also on social media when the post is shared.

  Could you perhaps add a featured image to a post and share the link to it? Since you have the WordPress.com Premium plan, which gives you access to custom CSS code, we can try using CSS code to hide the featured image from the posts.
