Help with importing my blog from iblog to wordpress

  During importing my blog from iblog to wordpress it reads that it is importing and will send me an email when done, and if it is not complete within 24 hours I am to contact Tech support to assist. It has now been about 3 days and I am still getting the same message (as above). Please help!
