Help with index page

I would like to know how can I make a index page for http://truthnlogic.wordpress.com , And I would like my page to read as http://truthnlogic.com/blog. HELP!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you mean you want that to be the URL of the blog? WordPress.com blog URLs can’t be formatted that way, but if you purchase the domain upgrade you can map http://blog.truthnlogic.com instead if you want.

As for the index, a manual but fast way to create a list of your posts is: open two windows in your browser, blog in the one, VISUAL page editor in the other, drag&drop post titles from blog to editor (hit return after dropping each link).

But be warned I had a lovely index page for my poems with live links and little thumbshots, it took an age to create and for months it worked brilliantly THEN SUDDENLY all the entries got scrunched up together and the links were dead, I was furious and don’t want to go to all that trouble again. However if you can create the index you want this may not be your experience.

NO that’s not it. When i change my wordpress to use http://www.truthnlogic.com I can’t use an index page.
