  Hi there,

  You can launch your site by going to My Site > Manage > Settings, scroll down to Privacy, and clicking Launch Site. Or you can go to the Site Setup page at My Site and launch it from there.

  If you go to My Site > Manage > Settings you will be able to change the site title.
