Help with linking images

I am new to WordPress- I have started my DIY blog about a month ago and am still in the figuring it out stage. I am trying to make a page of DIY projects I’ve done listed by category using an image. I have tried every which way I could think of and still can’t get it right. I need HELP

Hopefully I can be of some assistance. Just wanted to make sure I understand what you’re trying to accomplish. You wanted a page of images that link back to your projects?

From what I’m seeing on your site, you have two images that link to projects, then I see two other images below that don’t link to anything.
One way to link to a page is to click on that image, then select the Insert/edit link in the toolbar (looks like a small link). You can then add the url to that page or select from existing content, then click on Add Link.
You can also do that with new images that you insert in the page.
After you add your links, click on Update in the top right to save your page.
Also to answer you question about the 2, here is some info about Page Slugs and how to change that:

Great, I’m glad that worked with the linking.
One easy way to Align Images, is to click on the first image, you will then see the tool bar, click on the Align left to align the images next to each other. You want to do that with each image.
Another option would be to create a portfolio page, here is the link how to do that:
