Help with linking products to a page

    I have both a wholesale menu and shop menu on my website – I want to remove wholesale but in the meantime I am adding new products to my shop section. I have created categories, added products and everything looks fine, but when I click the drop down menu and click a product subcategory, it is only taking me to the Shop page and not the page for the actual product. I am unsure how to make the individual product pop up instead of the shop page.

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @ WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here: https://wordpress.com/sites/

    However, none of the sites listed there have ecommerce functionality and do not display the menu options you mentioned. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
