help with links an pics on pages, free site

    I’ve put a bunch of links on a couple of my web pages and triple check them dirct from the websites, but only some are being true links…anyone know why the rest aren’t working My site is sourcepages.wordpress.cm an go under browser games link to see. Also, how do I add pics to my pages? For info, I can’t use html editor as not accessible for the blind even though I know the complete code for it for links, pics and other things. Also using free site, not paid Help please. I ave all links and pics saved in files on my computer so can I upload the pics to each page?

    Hi there,

    All the links on that page are working for me, except for one – deadatsea.com. And that is because that link is starting with htp:// instead of http://

    You don’t use the HTML editor for adding images. In the Visual editor there is an Add Media button. Click that button. Select the Upload Files option. Select the file from your computer and upload. And insert the image into the post.

    Optionally, before inserting you can also edit the image to add Alt-text which would be read out by screen readers.

    If you also want the image to link somewhere, click on it after you insert it. Then click the Link icon in the toolbar. Paste in the link where you want people to go when clicking the image, and insert.

    As far as I know you should be able to do all of this with the help of a screen reader and keyboard navigation, but let me know if anything is not working properly in that regard and we can look into it.
