Help with Lodestar theme: top menu, etc

  • Unknown's avatar

I am experimenting with the Lodestar theme. I like the parallax, but I am having problems customizing it.

For instance, I want the top menu to say:
Home About Calendar Info/Join Blog Contact
But I can’t see anywhere to actually edit those. I don’t even know how they showed up the way they are. If I have a ‘home’ link, I don’t need a ‘Hub City Highlanders’ link. Is that removable?

Also: as you scroll down, I want a snippet of text in the home-page panel, then you can click in the panel to go to the full info (as if you clicked on a link on the top menu). Do I need a separate page for the full info? For instance, panel 1 shows our About screen. Do I need to create an About2 page that shows more info? If I click the About link at the top menu it goes to the panel page (complete with large pic and Hub City Highlanders titled over it so you have to scroll down past that). Does that make sense?

    Thanks
