Help with log in

    Hi. I had hired a third party web designer who set my website up through WordPress . He used an unknown email and I’m not able to log in. I have terminated the third part service and now they refuse to give me my log in credentials for my website. Please help. (redacted) Fran

    Hi Fran,

    What is the address of the site you are unable to log in to? It sounds it may not be hosted on WordPress.com but I can point you to the right place for support for I know for sure.
