Help with logging into FrontierBadBargain.com

  Hello,

  I am an admin on our FrontierBadBargain.com site and I’ve run to many attempts to try to gain access. When I enter my ID it says my email is not a registered user. However, it’s the same email I use for another site I manage, frontierpilotfacts.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your website does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
  We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
