Help with logging into my site

I haven’t been on in awhile and forgot my password. I have tried logging in. Apparently, I have a different password for my site than this account? Anyway, it keeps saying something about Jetpak, check with them. I have left them a message and … crickets. Anyone have any ideas? Or should I just cancel the account and go somewhere else. Help!!!

I have been trying to log in to my page and cannot. I have tried a password reset, but it is not sending to my email, which is either, (email visible only to moderators and staff) OR (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you help me? I want to start using my blog page again.

The site connected to your WordPress.com account (julieannwrites.com) have a different username and password than your WordPress.com account. So, if you’re having trouble logging-in you need to reset your password by following these instructions:

You can also ask for help from your hosting provider.
