Help with making renewal payment

  I am an administrator but do not have the permissions as an account owner to make a renewal payment. The person who has ownership is not available. Who or how can I make a payment?

  Upgrades can only be renewed through the account that purchased them so you will need to contact the current owner (jreddingd1) and ask them to login to their account.

  friendsofbenjaminbanneker.com isn’t due to expire until 2019, which means you have some time to contact jreddingd1 before the domain is next due for renewal.
