  Hello, I’m am new to making changes to my website and do not know where to begin, previously had someone else managing need assistance to begin with plugins and what everting means., can you guide further?

  Are you talking about rnbound.com? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Namecheap.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
