Help with Mature Label on Blog – Removed?
-
Hello,
I have been roaming the forums in search of clarification about getting my blog unmarked as mature. (Obviously,) I still need assistance…
When my blog was first marked as mature, I changed all of my potentially mature posts from public to password protected. Then, I e-mailed back, requesting that the mature label be removed.
It has been a few weeks, and I have not heard anything regarding the e-mail – including one of those “this e-mail is not monitored” automatic responses. I’ve been trying to figure out if maybe it has been handled already, but I am not certain whether my blog is still listed as mature. Here is the blog:

1. Is my blog marked as “mature?” How can I tell?
2. How do I know if customer service received my request? How do I know if it is done?
3. If customer service has not received my request, how can I make the request?Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hello,
Two indications that your blog may be tagged as mature is that 1) your username in this forum is not linked to your blog and 2) there is no “blog I need help with” link at the bottom of your forum post.I’ve tagged this for a staff member’s attention.

Hi, @monalysapoet
We have removed the mature flag as we don’t see anything on your site that violates our terms in that regard.
Our records show that you reported the site as mature yourself three weeks ago. If you did not in fact do it, it may mean that someone else has access to your account. In that case, I would advise that you immediately change your WordPress.com and email account passwords, and consider enabling two-factor authentication on both to prevent someone from gaining unauthorised access to your account. You can see here for more information on securing your account:
