Help with menu tabs

  Hello,

  I created a page and I put a few headers on my page other than the About, Contact and Home. I added a News and Dicussion tab to my menu. I want to be able to post blogs that go to News or go to Discussion but I cannot figure it out for the life of me. Can anyone help?
