Help with menus

  I recently had this question answered but i changed my theme and now i dont know how to complete this action,

  I want my to be able to make posts appear in two of my menus, eg; when i post a news article it will come up in news category aswell,

  it says my theme does not allow custom menus and the widget only displays on side bar

  or mabye you could tell me how to make my menus direct people to another link, so when the click the news menu it will direct them to .com/category/news/ instead of just /news/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
