Help with Menus

  I have created different tabs on my menu. I would like to create a page under each tab (that doesn’t ever go away) and then posts that will change. How do I do this?

  You cannot post to a page. You can add categories to your posts, then use the category links as tabs on your navigation bar by way of making a custom menu.
