Help With Morning After Theme Layout

  I am using The Morning After theme for my blog. Its possible to make the image from the blog appear on homepage but I dont know how to do it. Can someone help?

  Also I know you can show Featured posts on homepage in addition to latest post but not sure how to do this either.
