Help with moving subscribers

  I would like to transfer my subscribers from my wordpress.com blog to my self hosted wordpress.org blog at healthy4lifemom.com. How can I do that? I have JetPack connected to wordpress.com. Does that help?

  I have initiated the follower migration to your new self-hosted blog. They should show up shortly. Please note that this includes only your WordPress.com followers, not your Twitter and Facebook followers, as we have no control over those platforms.
