Help with moving subscribers please

  Hi,

  I’ve just moved by wordpress site to another host, and activated JetPack.

  Could you please move my subscribers from acrosstheandesbyblog.wordpress.com
  to
  acrosstheandesbyblog.com

  Since I’ve now moved the domain, can you please remove any reference to acrosstheandesbyblog.com from the wordpress.com site (I still see it listed on https://acrosstheandesbyblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains but I’ve made it non-primary)
